About the Presenter
Stanley Moss is a native of the Pinson area. He was in the first graduating classes for Jefferson State Junior College & the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr. Moss retired from teaching after 45 years. He is one of the area’s most beloved educators. He was also one of only four teachers who were interviewed by CBS about writing the curriculum for high school students in America. Stanley is a board member of the Pinson Historical Society, Alabama Historical Association, & Food Pantry Committee of Pinson United Methodist
