Join us for a gentle form of yoga on the first & third Thursday of each month at 10:30 AM.
This class is perfect for beginners. We’ll use yoga to stretch & strengthen our bodies all while seated in a chair. Everyone of all abilities and mobility is encouraged to attend. Class taught by Yoga By Nancy.
This class will be held inside Pinson Public Library. Social distancing is required. Masks are welcome inside the library.
