This popular class at St. Vincent’s Trussville mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training compressed into 30 minutes! The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Modifications will be shown whenever necessary to stay safe and avoid injury. No registration necessary.  The cost is $25 a month or $7 for a drop-in fee.

On June 2nd The St. Vincent De Paul Society will be sponsoring a Gigantic Community Yard Sale. We will organize and advertise a huge yard sale at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. Instead of driving from yard sale to yard sale, shoppers can shop many household sales at one location. This is sure to draw lots of shoppers. $20 will get you two parking slots approximately 6.6 feet by 18 feet wide, and we take care of the advertising…
